        Details: Sanan Silakorn, Thai sculptor whom is praised as a rare gifted skill sculptor of Rattankosin era, The Fine Arts department’s sculptor & early pupil of Corrado Feroci (Silpa Bhirasri; an Italian sculptor who laid down a foundation of academic art study in Thailand), he is also regarded as one of Feroci’s major assistant who contributed a lot on sculpting many valuable pieces of sculptures and monuments in a country. This portrait sculpture of Phya Anuman Rajadhon (a prime scholar and a former Deputy Directors-General of The Fine Arts Department) is considered as one of finest sculpture which guaranteed artist’s extraordinary skill on sculpture.
